This was once Warehouse 2 of the ship, where important chemical items were stored. It is currently guarded by the colonialist drone force. Warehouse 2 has a complex terrain and is surrounded by fog, which makes it easier for the drones to "sneak in". Defeat the drones first and then kill the mutants is the best way.
